work up to 1 rep max

then,

Pull-up Ladder:

Set 1:  1 pull-up

Set 2:  2 unbroken pull-ups

Set 3:  3 unbroken pull-ups

...

Set 10:  10 unbroken pull-ups

there is no time component to this pull-up ladder, but the pull-ups in each set must be consecutive.  choose a pull-up variation (strict, regular kip, butterfly kip, chest to bar, l-sit, weighted) that will challenge you to complete the ladder.

Best lift still stands at 75#. Not quite there with 80#.

Strict pull ups with
black band. Got through 8 rounds, then 8strict+1kip, and 6strict+4kips. Not
bad!

Great job Nat!

I'm still at the Holiday Inn so I'm limited in what I can do.
I did the CF endurance 1 min ladder. Then I did a HSPU ladder, instead of
pullups. I watched the handstand WOD on the mainsite and subbed in some of the
kipping HSPU I saw on there.
